What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa/Delta,
Mastercard/Eurocard, Switch; postal orders
denominated in Pounds Sterling; or cheques denominated in Pounds
Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.
If you pay by credit or debit card, please note that the payee shown on your statements will be our bricks and mortar store, High Stakes
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?

Do you accept international orders?
We welcome orders from all over the world. Ordering internationally will affect delivery time. To learn more about our delivery policies, click here.
How do I keep track of my order?
You can check the status of your order any time by clicking the
"Your Account" link on the top or bottom navigation bar of each page. You
should then enter your user name and password. Proceed to the
Account Maintenance page to view the status of your orders and to get
other account information.
How much do you charge for delivery?
When you fill out your online order form you will be asked to
select a dispatch option. Our system then calculates and displays the

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items
purchased from us.
To make a return please fill out the back of your packing slip, giving the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send the package to the address below.

How do I search for the titles I
want?
Our search engine makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. To perform a search click on the "Search" button
located on the left side of our top navigation bar. You can search by
author, title or subject and you'll find that our search engine gives best results if you use single keywords or whole author names or book titles - it's best not to mix author names and titles in the same search. Our search engine will compile a list of titles that match the keyword you've specified. For more information, click on any title to see that item's detail page.
You can also explore the bookstore using the "Browse by Category" drop down menu and button on each page. This allows you to look at specific sections of the bookstore that match your interests. If you're interested in books about poker, select "Gambling" in the Browse by Category box, then click on Go and you'll receive a list of gambling sub-categories including Poker - just click on that to see all the books we stock on the subject of poker.
